All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.

We currently ship within Australia.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, postal delays or circumstances outside of our control.

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $60 AUD.

5. Perth Local Delivery & Pickup

For customers located in Perth, Western Australia:

Local delivery may be available within approximately 30 minutes driving distance from Perth CBD.
Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for orders over $45 AUD depending on availability.
Customers may also arrange local pickup by contacting P Club Active Socks.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn, washed, or removed from their original packaging.

We accept returns or exchanges only for:

Faulty products
Incorrect items received

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order details and photos of the issue.

All returns must be approved before sending items back.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
