Delivery Fees

 

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over AUD $60
  • Orders under AUD $60 will be charged a flat shipping fee of AUD $9.95
Your shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout.


Order Processing

 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email (where available).


Estimated Delivery Times

 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
  • WA Metro areas: approximately 2–5 business days
  • Other Australian states: approximately 3–8 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.


Perth Local Delivery

 

We offer local delivery within approximately a 30-minute driving radius of Perth CBD.
  • Free local delivery on orders over AUD $45
  • Same-day or next-day delivery may be available depending on order time and availability.
For orders below AUD $45, local delivery fees may apply.


Local Pickup

 

Free local pickup is available in Perth.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time and location.
