At P Club Active Socks, we hope you love every pair. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

If you've changed your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:

Is unworn, unused and unwashed.
Is returned in its original packaging.
Is in its original condition, free from marks, odours, pet hair or any signs of wear.
Is accompanied by proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn or washed socks unless they are faulty or do not meet your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product

We'll assess your claim as quickly as possible and, where applicable, offer a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. If the issue is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the item where permitted by law.
